Our mission:
The objective of this organization shall be to develop the appreciation of homebrew and commercial beer, and to promote knowledge of the various arts of brewing.

The Kansas City Bier Meisters was founded in 1983, and is the oldest home brewing club in Kansas. We currently have over 60 active members, composed primarily of home brewers and beer enthusiast from Kansas City and the surrounding areas.  KCBM is open to beer brewers at all levels, beginning, intermediate or advanced.

We typically meet the third Friday of each month (except for December) to share beer tastings and exchange brewing knowledge.  In addition to our monthly meetings we also host several club-related events, such as big-brew day, Maifest, Oktoberfest, and a Christmas social.  You are welcome to visit if you are potentially interested in joining.
