Saturday June 21st started with Aberta introducing Charlie Papazian for his Boot Camp for Brewers.

Afternoon sessions included one on Smoking Meat, Pair Cheese and Beer and Fred's talk about Beer and Chocolate.

Saturday ended with Chicago's Real Beer and Real Food show, which featured some great local brews and imports and lots of sausage.
